Our Physicians

Our physicians are skilled, experienced specialists in vascular access and interventional radiology. In addition to offering the highest quality medical care and latest techniques, we care about the comfort and well-being of our patients, treating them like family.

Noam Spinowitz, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Noam Spinowitz earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein Medical College in 2002. He finished his Internal Medicine residency at Montefiore Medical Center in 2005. In 2007 he completed a Nephrology fellowship from New York University. Dr. Spinowitz performs intricate procedures such as arteriovenous fistula maturation and arteriovenous fistula & graft salvage. His work stems from the goal of maintaining a single access for a patient's lifetime, which has also made him known for more rare procedures, such as the Minimally Invasive Limited Ligation Endovascular-associated Revision Banding procedure or distal radial artery (DRA) coil embolization for dialysis associated steal syndrome. His patients come first: he always takes the time and energy to discuss the details of the procedures with them so patients fully understand what needs to be done to maintain their access. His congenial personality helps make the visit a more enjoyable one.

Yvonne Dang, MD

Board Certified Interventional Radiologist
Dr. Dang completed a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Dang served on the Department of Radiology, Division of Interventional Radiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City from 2004 to 2010 prior to joining American Access Care of Bronx.

During her academic tenure at NYP-Cornell, Dr. Dang developed an interest in treating women suffering from the often-debilitating symptoms of uterine fibroids with Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE). Dr. Dang subsequently took over the uterine fibroid practice at Cornell Vascular, a prominent private faculty practice specializing in varicose veins and UFE.

Dr. Dang served as the Fellowship Program Director at Weill Cornell Medical Center, the largest Interventional Radiology training program in New York City. She was responsible for teaching many residents and fellows. She has participated in a number of fibroid research projects and has conducted many lectures and Grand Round on the subject.

While Dr. Dang has many interests, the majority of her free time is now spent chasing after her 5-year-old son and her 4-year-old daughter.
